missingWrote a review on 12 Decdirty carpet
Room cleanliness left much to be desired, with reports of stained carpets and poorly maintained bathrooms being a frequent nuisance for guests. The dining options felt limited and lacked quality, so opting to eat out was a common decision. Additionally, navigating the chaotic parking situation can be frustrating, especially when returning late to find that spaces are scarce due to guests using the hotel as a park-and-fly spot.

Room cleanliness leaves much to be desired!!! Poor soundproofing makes for a noisy stay, unpleasant odors linger in the hallways, and the outdated decor is simply sad!!!

Great location close to the airport with easy access to parking. The carvery wasn't five-star but totally edible for a quick bite. I especially appreciated the clean room and the taxi service to the airport, which made traveling a breeze.
Felt truly looked after, nothing too much trouble.

Hit up The Cafe In The Park, and it's a real treat. The curry I tried was bangin' and packed with flavor. Plus, the indoor heated swimming pool was a sweet escape from it all. Can't forget the fitness center too, just what you need to work off those curry calories!
Not as close to Gatwick as I hoped. The check-in was a drag, staff were rushing and a bit rude. Plus, we kept asking for a cot that they never provided for our baby. Fire alarm at 5 am didn’t help either!
